Friends of WI TU Grant Program
The Friends of Wisconsin Trout Unlimited Program (or "Friends" for short), was created by the State Council to raise and distribute funds for the purpose of trout stream restoration in Wisconsin.
Donations received from our members and supporters are distributed to local chapters in the form of Habitat Restoration Grants of up to $2,500. Local Chapters are required to "match" this dollar amount at a 1:1 ratio with either cash, volunteer labor, or in-kind contributions.
Many of these Friends Grants become the funds that kickstart large stream restoration projects taken on by our local chapters.
