Council adopts Resolution opposing Sulfide Mining near the Wolf River
In May, the Chapter Leaders reviewed and the Executive Committee approved a resolution stating the Council's opposition to sulfide mining in the Wolf River Watershed. The Resolution is a response to recently approved exploratory drilling near the headwaters of the Wolf River in the Town of Shoepke (eastern Oneida County).
